| Let me preface by saying that I am a very healthy individual, never before having any ailments lasting longer than 1 week, and never any problems with my stomach. |

| For the last month, I have been experiencing the worst gut, stomach and gas pains. It has disrupted my life so much so that I could not eat, sleep, workout at the gym, nor comfortably go through my daily routine, and I was constantly in a weakened stage. |

| I have been to my family doctor, done the barrage of usual tests: blood, urine, stool, ultrasound and x-rays. However the results have failed to turn up any reasons for my discomfort.
